Another revision to Maryland law regarding unused vacation at termination

In March, we informed Maryland subscribers to the Wiley Rein LLP Workplace Trends newsletter that the Employment Standards Service of the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation had changed its stance on an employee's right to payment for accrued, unused vacation at termination.
