Health Quality & Safety Commission responsible for the mortality review committees

As part of the recent amendments to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, the 4 Mortality Review Committees that were established under sections 11 and 8 of the Act became the responsibility of the Health Quality & Safety Committee from 23 April 2011.
