The National Communications Commission (NCC) recently finalised its spectrum plan for satellite communication further to completion of the amendments to the radio frequency supply plan by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications in July 2021. The NCC will soon release its guidelines for application for public notice and will be ready to process applications as soon as June 2022.
