CPC issues first decisions prohibiting concentrations

The Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) recently prohibited two concentrations in politically sensitive sectors (media and energy). The CPC's decisions were widely criticised for lacking valid economic arguments. Competition Protection Agency adopts commitments for Renault
