Implementation of MARPOL convention on prevention of marine pollution in Cyprus
Cyprus has implemented into its national law the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL) through the enactment of Law No. 57 of 1989. This Law provides for the ratification of the MARPOL convention.
