In Young v. Prudential Life Ins. Co. of America, No. 10-14857-cv, --- F.3d ----, 2012 WL 538955 (11th Cir. Feb. 21, 2012), the Eleventh Circuit ruled that it did not have jurisdiction to hear Prudential's appeal of the district court's order remanding a plan participant's claim for disability benefits back to the plan because the district court's remand order was not a "final decision."
