​The CAMEX Resolution # 50/2013, published in the Federal Gazette of 7/17/2013, establishes the imposition of provisional anti-dumping duty for up to four (4) months on Brazilian imports of ethanolamine (monoethanolamine, normally classified under item 2922.11.00 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature - NCM and triethanolamine, normally classified under items 2922.13.10 and 3824.90.89 of the NCM) from the United States of America and the Federal Republic of Germany. Such duty will be paid as a specific rate in US dollars per ton, in the amounts specified below:
