• The ACCC issued a draft decision proposing to allow members of Queensland Chicken Growers Association to collectively bargain with Inghams, Baiada and Golden Cockerel for ten years.  Currently, Queensland chicken growers and processors can collectively bargain under an authorisation provided by state legislation.

  • The ACCC issued a draft determination proposing to authorise truck owner-drivers providing concrete cartage services in Queensland to collectively bargain with Hanson Construction Materials Pty Ltd.
  • The ACCC issued draft determinations proposing to authorise the South East Potato Growers Association and the Victorian Potato Growers Council and their members to collectively bargain with potato buyers.
