The National Intellectual Property Office (DINAPI) informed that Resolution RG No. 20/2018 is in force since November 2018. This Resolution expands and sets forth new requirements for the registration of importers of magnetic and optical media, and raw materials.
The office in charge of receiving the pertinent documentation will be the Importers Registration Unit, that forms part of the Enforcement Department. The main task of this office is to authorize import license applications of the products described in Decrees N ° 603/2003 and N ° 4212/2015.
