The SEC will hold its annual Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation on November 21, 2013. The forum will begin with panel discussions about small business capital formation matters, including implementation of the JOBS Act. During the afternoon session, participants will work in groups to formulate specific policy recommendations.
