European Commission clears merger between Essilor and Luxottica
Following a phase 2 investigation, the European Commission has cleared the proposed merger between Essilor and Luxottica, two companies operating in the optical industry. The Commission concluded that the merger would not adversely affect competition in the EEA. Click here.
