Social networking sites are the current rage. Indeed, Facebook and MySpace participation is growing by leaps and bounds on a daily basis. These sites present new and different ways for users to communicate with each other. And now, use of social networking sites is finding its way into the workplace. Is that a good thing? Not necessarily, at least according to some employers, as they are blocking employee access to such sites. However, employers may learn that the robust features offered by these sites could be beneficial from a business standpoint.
