The FBAR filing deadlines for these individuals had previously been extended to June 30, 2013 under FinCEN Notices 2012-1, 2011-2 and 2011-1. The filing deadline for all other U.S. persons with an FBAR filing obligation remains unchanged—i.e., for the calendar year 2012, the deadline is June 30, 2013.
