Consultation: guidance about compliance with Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Registration Requirements) Regulations 2009

From April 2010 healthcare and adult social care providers will be required to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC has invited comments by 1st August on draft guidance concerning compliance with the draft Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Registration Requirements) Regulations 2009.
