ESMA published draft implementing technical standards laying down the format of the notification under Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 346/2013 on European social entrepreneurship funds (EuSEF). Article 17 deals with one regulator notifying another about the registration of a manager of a qualifying EuSEF.
