В 2012 году Президиум Высшего Арбитражного Суда Российской Федерации принял ряд интересных постановлений в сфере признания и приведения в исполнение иностранных арбитражных и судебных решений, а также по спорам с участием иностранных лиц. Подходы, сформулированные в этих прецедентных судебных актах, должны учитываться не только участниками международных разбирательств, но и сторонами трансграничных сделок при разработке механизмов разрешения возможных конфликтов.
