On 27 September 2010, Samuel Harnarayan pleaded guilty to unlawfully implying that he was a registered dentist at Bristol Magistrates Court. He was also found guilty of unlawfully holding himself out as being prepared to practise dentistry and of implying he is a registered dentist on a business card. He was fi ned £650, which took into account his breach of another conditional discharge for similar offences earlier this year.
