MOM introduces enhanced factory registation scheme from 1 March 2010

On 4 February 2010, the Ministry of Manpower (the "MOM") announced it will introduce an "Enhanced factory registration scheme" (the "new Scheme") for those factories with higher risk activities from 1 March 2010.
