The Single Cabinet of the Company (Guichet Único da Empresa- GUE), that is a service created by the Angolan Govern to reduce the bureaucracy on the incorporation of companies created more than 28000 thousand companies in the last decade in Angola. From now on, it will also be able to constitute single-member trading companies, constituted by a single partner, either, if it is a physic person or a collective entity that is the owner of the entire share capital.
This new constitution procedure is faster and cheaper, benefiting the individual Angolan entrepreneurs. For that, the GUE is able to assist the entrepreneur during all the procedure, incorporating many services, namely the Notary (that is responsible for the public deeds), the Corporate Register (that proceeds to the commerce registry of the enterprise) among others.
