The number of concluded first instance IP cases involving foreign parties shows an increasing trend. Especially, the administrative cases occupy a large proportion of the total number of the concluded first instance IP cases.
From Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, it can been seen that the number of first instance administrative cases involving foreign parties is 1143 last year, accounting for 39.4% of the total number of first instance administrative cases in 2013.
