Public Consultation No. 16/2014
The Brazilian Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels ("ANP") has put into debate on August 25, 2014, the draft resolution which intends to allow concessionaires to use a single savings′ account to deposit the amount due as landholders′ participation in areas whose ownership is undefined or if the owner is not found ("Draft Resolution").
