ISDA publishes quarterly report on swaps activity. ISDA released its quarterly analysis of swaps activity, which examines the impact of regulatory change on swap execution facility and bilateral trading volumes, as well as cleared and non-cleared activity, for the first quarter of 2017. FSB offers recommendations in peer review on corporate governance. The Financial Stability Board published a peer review on corporate governance, which assesses how member jurisdictions have implemented the G20/Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development Principles of Corporate Governance for publicly listed, regulated financial institutions. The peer review offers several recommendations to strengthen corporate governance, including recommendations related to disclosure and transparency, board responsibilities, and shareholder rights, among others.
