Morton Fraser’s Head of Employment Law, Innes Clark, is joined by Associate Lindsay Anderson to discuss recent Employment Law developments.

They discuss the Employment Tribunal Awards statistics for 2011 – 2012 and also the annual CIPD Absence Management survey figures with some interesting trends revealed.

Innes and Lindsay also look at the Government's proposals for employment law reform including the introduction of Employment Tribunal fees, compulsory ACAS conciliation, financial penalties for employers who lose Tribunal claims and the reduction of the current compensatory award  limit.
