House Subcommittee on Energy and Power Subcommittee Chairman Ed Whitfield (R-KY) presided over a hearing on March 5 that focused on potential impacts of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations on fuel diversity for power generation. Whitfield and other House Republicans on the Subcommittee expressed concern that the regulations will have dramatic economic impacts.
