On October 23rd, the SEC provided notice of the NASDAQ Stock Market's filing of a proposed rule change establishing fees for the receipt of third party market data and NASDAQ TotalView ITCH market data. NASDAQ proposes to offer wireless connectivity for co-located clients in NASDAQ's Carteret data center to receive Direct Edge, BATS, NYSE, and NYSE ARCA multi-cast market data feeds. It also proposes to offer remote multi-cast ITCH Wave Ports for clients co-located at other third party data centers, through which NASDAQ TotalView ITCH market data will be distributed after delivery to those data centers via wireless network. Comments should be submitted within 21 days after publication in the Federal Register, which is expected during the week of October 29. SEC Release No. 34-68085.
