Recipients of ARRA funding must file their first quarterly reports no later than October 10, 2009. These “1512 Reports” – named for the section of ARRA that requires them – will include a description of the project being funded, the status of the project, and an estimate of the number of jobs created.

Recipients of ARRA funding from the State of Ohio will submit their 1512 Reports to the State, via www.Recovery.Ohio.gov. Those who received ARRA funding directly from the federal government or from another state will submit their reports to the granting entity. The reporting requirements apply to those who received grants and loans, including awards and payments made in the form of a contract.

Although sole proprietorships that received direct payments from the Federal government must submit 1512 Reports, individual recipients are not required to do so. Similarly, recipients of loan guarantees are not subject to Section 1512 reporting requirements.
