Canada February 28 2008

On February 19, 2008, the B.C. government announced, as part of its 2008 budget, plans to impose a broad, revenue-neutral tax on the purchase or use in B.C. of gasoline, diesel fuel, natural gas, home heating fuel, propane and possibly other fossil fuels.
