The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority issued an apology for incorrectly failing 208 takers of its Series 24 supervisory examination in recent weeks. FINRA claimed that the error occurred because of a “configuration error” resulting from a new version of the Series 24 examination introduced on July 13, 2015.
