On February 4th, the SEC provided notice of the Chicago Board Options Exchange's filing of proposed amendments to its fee schedule relating to "co-location services." These services allow members to place their network and server hardware in the CBOE's building, in close physical proximity to the CBOE's electronic trading system, helping them to meet the need for high performance processing and low latency. Comments should be submitted on or before March 3rd, 2010. SEC Release No. 34-61489.
