FSA is pleased the Complaints Commissioner has decided not to uphold the main element of a complaint against FSA. It welcomed the acknowledgement it is important to identify correctly the substance of a complaint. The complaint appeared to criticise FSA’s rules relating to stock lending to individuals and its implementation of those rules.
