Through a study co-authored by Sullivan & Worcester Of Counsel Dr George Shrek, and Prof Gabriel Eckstein, Professor of Law at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, and funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (SPA), EPA has bugun the process of identifying enforcement tools for responding to the possible threat posed to human and environmental health by the presence of pharmaceutical and eprsonal care poducts (PPCPs) in the nation's water supplies.
