The European Commission (‘EC’) has stated that ‘the vast majority’ of large antitrust damages actions are currently being brought in the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom.1 This survey will discuss developments in the case law with regard to claims for damages based on (alleged) competition law infringements for these three jurisdictions in the period July 2013–July 2014.
