In March 2014, the third Annual Report on women on boards measuring progress made following Lord Davies' Report in 2011 was published.

The key findings of this year's report are as follows:

  • The representation of women on FTSE 100 boards now stands at 20.7% (an increase from 12.5% in 2011);
  • There are only two all-male boards on the FTSE 100;
  • The FTSE 250 have achieved a representation of 15%, an increase from 7.8% in 2011;
  • 83 of the FTSE 250 all-male boards in 2011 have now recruited one or more women onto their boards.
