The SEC will hold an Open Meeting on March 30, 2011 where it is scheduled to consider whether to propose joint rules with other Agencies to implement Section 941(b) of the Dodd-Frank Act relating to credit risk retention by securitizers of asset-backed securities; and whether to propose a new rule and rule amendments to implement Section 952 of the Dodd-Frank Act, which requires the Commission to direct the national securities exchanges and national securities associations to adopt certain listing standards with respect to compensation committees and compensation advisers.
