Sir Rupert Jackson published his latest conclusions and recommendations for extending fixed recoverable costs to a much wider range of claims than lower value personal injury claims. This latest Jackson report has been welcomed by the senior judiciary and, given the near full implementation of his 2009 report (via the LASPO Act 2012, case law and associated regulations), it is very likely that these further reforms will be put in to practice.
