The House of Lords EU Internal Market and External Affairs Sub-Committees have today published a detailed analysis of four different post-Brexit trading options:

  1. EEA;
  2. Customs Union;
  3. FTA; and
  4. WTO.

The report states that “the prospect of fundamental modifications to the ‘off-the-shelf’ models is unlikely” and that a transitional agreement will “almost certainly be necessary“.
