CML Disclosure Forms were introduced on 1 September 2008 and apply to all purchasers buying new build properties with the assistance of a mortgage (although this does not include amended or re-issued offers). The purpose of the form is to draw in all relevant information into one single document to include purchase price, percentage share, discounts (if applicable), parking and details of the property etc.

CML Disclosure of Incentives Forms should be sent with the Memorandum of Sales, or as early as possible if not available then, as mortgage offers cannot be approved and completion dates scheduled until this form is received.
