The European Ombudsman has published details of a complaint made by an attendee at a public hearing organised by the then Committee of European Banking Supervisors (CEBS). The attendee had asked CEBS for a list of attendees, which CEBS had refused to provide. After CEBS’ duties were take over by the European Banking Authority (EBA) the attendee complained to the Ombudsman, which asked EBA to respond to the allegation. EBA provided the list.
