FSA has published an undertaking from National Australia Bank. Its concern was about a term in the Yorkshire Bank home loan conditions. FSA felt the terms might give the bank too much power to withhold the loan facility or demand immediate repayment for a relatively minor breach. It had similar concerns about other terms. The terms now allow the bank to exercise its powers only on commensurately serious grounds.
