Prospective purchasers of condominium units could not revoke their purchase contracts based on the developer's failure to provide certain disclosures required under the Interstate Land Sales Act (ILSA). Lots in a subdivision containing fewer than one hundred lots are exempt from the registration and disclosure provisions of ILSA. Furthermore, the Eleventh Circuit deferring to HUD interpretation, determined that if the sale of a lot was exempt from the registration and disclosure provisions, the sale or lease of the lot is also exempt from the right of revocation granted to purchasers in a separate section of the statute.
