• On February 7, 2013, the Federal-State Joint Conference on Advanced Services and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) will hold a summit at FCC Headquarters titled “2013 Broadband Summit: Broadband Adoption And Usage – What Have We Learned?”.   • The Final Agenda for the next FCC Open Meeting to be held January 31, 2013, contains the same two items previously noticed: a Report and Order to streamline the treatment of Experimental Radio Service, with a particular focus on its use in health care; and a report on the agency’s ongoing efforts to get more access to broadband and wireless spectrum for health care services.
