OECD has published a report on its key findings on corporate governance and the financial crisis. It looked at corporate governance weaknesses in remuneration, risk management, board practices and exercise of shareholders’ rights. It found there was no reason to change OECD’s Principles, and instead has made recommendations and given examples of good practices in these areas.
