The Administrative Court dismissed the appellant doctor’s appeal against the GMC’s Fitness to Practise Panel’s fi ndings that allegations of violent or aggressive behaviour were proved, that the appellant’s fi tness to practise was impaired by reason of his misconduct, and that the appropriate sanction was a sixmonth suspension. The Court held that there was no error in the decision made by the Panel or the sanction imposed.
