Photographer Julie Dermansky is claiming 150,000 dollars in damages from US President Donald Trump after the Trump organisation apparently used one of her photos without permission.

Registered with the Copyright Office

Mrs Dermansky argues that not only did Mr Trump use the photograph (which she took in Alabama in 2016 and registered with the US Copyright Office) on his Instagram account but also featured it on his website. The photo was taken off the Instagram page very soon after the complaint was filed.
