HHS released recovery implementation plans for all health-related programs established by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ("ARRA") today. In total, ARRA allocated approximately $167 billion to HHS for various efforts, including the support of HIT adoption and implementation.

Three of the released plans relate specifically to HIT. These plans are:
