Ohio Attorney General clarifies what payments nonprofits can make when games of chance are played for profit

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine issued an opinion in late September addressing the payment of expenses associated with, and the use of proceeds derived from, a charitable organization conducting a festival at which games of chance for profit are played.
