(AMF news release dated 17 July 2012)

On its website, the AMF has also clarified the situations when a prospectus must be submitted to it for a public offering of securities on Alternext Paris.

In the case of a first admission on that market, a prospectus must be submitted to the AMF if the offering is for an amount higher than €2.5 million.

In the case of a company already listed on that same market, a prospectus must henceforth be submitted to the AMF in two cases: (i) if the offering is for more than €5 million, or (ii) if it is for an amount between €100,000 and €5 million and represents more than 50% of the issuer’s share capital.
