On the 18th June 2019, Kyrgyzpatent’s Dinara Moldosheva met with Dr. Kapo Wonju, the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIP) Commissioner, to discuss issues of bilateral co-operation. This meeting came as part of Kyrgyzpatent’s working visit to KIPO in Seoul.
During this meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the two parties, which outlined that IT, IP data and specialised practical knowledge shall be exchanged.
Moldosheva suggested that KIPO should consider commercial exploitation of IP in Kyrgyzstan.
