Scott Bell is Head of UK Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. He is also global co-Head of Consumer & Retail Investment Banking. Scott qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and has spent his subsequent career in London and New York with Schroders, Goldman Sachs and HSBC. Scott has an MA from Cambridge University, and is a native of Scotland.
David Kappos
Partner at Cravath, Swaine and Moore
David J. Kappos is a partner at Cravath. He is widely recognized as one of the world’s foremost leaders in the field of intellectual property, including intellectual property management and strategy, the development of global intellectual property norms, laws and practices as well as commercialization and enforcement of innovation‑based assets. Mr. Kappos supports the Firm’s clients with a wide range of their most complex intellectual property issues.
Nigel Swycher
CEO and founder of Aistemos
Nigel is the founder of AISTEMOS, having previously established Tangential Solutions, an IP Strategy consultancy. Before that Nigel had a long career in the law, first with Slaughter and May and later with Olswang LLP. Throughout this period, Nigel has focused on the creation, defence and exploitation of IP assets, with specific focus on M&A, joint ventures and other commercial transactions where substantial value is associated with intangible assets.
