Starting from 31 December 2012, organisations operating utility networks must establish a validity term for technical specifications (in Russian, known as “TU”) of at least three years. The minimum term for integrated development of land plots to be used for the construction of housing must be at least five years.

Previously, the minimum validity term for technical specifications was two years.

We recommend taking this change into account when negotiating technical specifications with engineering network operators.
